Eligibility : Chili’s Perfect Play Instant Win Game open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

How To Enter : you will receive one (1) Game Piece with your check at participating Chili’s® Grill & Bar (“Chili’s”) locations, while supplies last. To find a location nearest you, log on to www.chilis.com. To obtain a Game
Piece without making a purchase, while supplies last, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, to be received by 9/7/09, to: Chili’s Perfect Play GP Request, P.O. Box 598, Elmhurst, IL 60126. VT residents may omit return postage. Limit one (1) Game Piece per person per visit and one request per outer postmarked envelope. Do not scratch off the prize area. Game Piece must be scratched in the presence of a manager at a participating Chili’s between 9/1/09 and 9/30/09. The consumer will scratch the Game Piece to reveal a prize or a discount food offer. Game Piece is void if scratched off before presentation. You do not need to make a purchase to have your Game Piece scratched in the presence of a manager. If your Game Piece contains a winning message, then you’ve won the prize indicated subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. If your Game Piece reveals a Chili’s food offer, you have not won a prize, but you may redeem that offer at a participating Chili’s between 9/1/09 and 9/30/09.

Prize (s):

Four (4) Grand Prizes (Odds: 1: 3,750,000): a check payable to winner in the amount of $50,000.

Twenty-five (25) First Prizes (Odds: 1: 600,000): a 32” flat screen TV or $500 electronics gift card at prize winner’s choice. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions set by issuer. ARV: $500.

Twenty (20) Second Prizes (Odds: 1: 750,000): a Chili’s Tailgate party, awarded in the form of a $250 Chili’s gift card.
