Eligibility : The Local Sweepstakes is open only to persons who legally reside, and are physically located, within the applicable Sub-Territory of Entry and who are 21 years of age or older as of November 21, 2008; the National Sweepstakes is open only to persons who legally reside, and are physically located, within the fifty (50) states or the District of Columbia (“Territory”), and who are 21 years of age or older as of November 21, 2008.  All valid Entries in Local Sweepstakes will automatically be entered in the National Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : The 25 Days of Christmas Sweepstakes is being conducted during the period commencing at 12:00:01 A.M., November 21, 2008 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M., December 26, 2008 (“Term”),

Limit : Limit of one Local Entry for all Local Sweepstakes per person/household/family, regardless of method of Entry; and limit of one National Entry per person/household/family, regardless of method of Entry for the National Sweepstakes.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) NATIONAL SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE (“National Prize”):
The National Prize is one check for $50,000 (ARV: $50,000).

A MAXIMUM OF TWO HUNDRED TEN (210) LOCAL PRIZES): (one Local Prize for each Local Agency conducting a Local Sweepstakes) There are a maximum of two hundred ten (210) Local Agencies that may participate in their own Local Sweepstakes, each with its own entry pool and Local Prize.  The actual number of Local Prizes awarded will depend on the number of Local Agencies that hold their own Local Sweepstakes. The Local Prize is the Local Agency’s choice of one (1) of the following eight prizes:

[2] Travel Bundle – Portable DVD Player, Personal Communicator and $25 gift card  (ARV: $750);
[3] Digital Memories Bundle- Digital Photo Printer, Mini Camcorder and Digital Camera (ARV: $750);

[5] Family Kitchen Bundle – 10 Piece Cookware set, tabletop grill and food processor (ARV: $750);

[7] On The Go Bundle – ipod Touch and headphones (ARV: $750),
or
[8] Home Theater System and Blu Ray Player (ARV: $750).
