Ultimate Wish Giveaway

Eligibility : The Ultimate Wish Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older who are holders in good standing of an American Express® Card issued in the United States prior to November 1, 2008.

Promotion Period : The Ultimate Wish Giveaway will be divided into three (3) periods (each a “Promotion Period”), as follows (all times Eastern Standard Time):

Limit :  You may enter as many times as you like by pressing the “GO FOR IT” button during the applicable Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

There will be three (3) Prizes awarded, one (1) for each Promotion Period, as follows:

Prize for Promotion Periods 1 and 2: a model year 2010 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 automobile, consisting of Arctic White exterior; Black MB-Tex interior; Premium Package which includes 115V AC Power Outlet, Compass in Rear view Mirror, Autodimming Mirrors, Power Driver’s Seat and Steering Col. with Memory, Rain-sensing Wipers, SIRIUS Satellite Radio (with a six (6) month subscription included) and Power Liftgate;; and Heated Front Seats (“Prize Vehicle”). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Prize Vehicle is $45,000.

Winners will also receive a payment by check in the amount of $35,860 to help offset applicable taxes on the Prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”) which shall be sent to the Winner within approximately sixty (60) after the successful delivery of the Prize Vehicle.

Total ARV of each prize is $80,860.  

Prize for Promotion Period 3: a model year 2010 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 automobile, consisting of Arctic White exterior; Black MB-Tex interior; Premium Package which includes 115V AC Power Outlet, Compass in Rear view Mirror, Autodimming Mirrors, Power Driver’s Seat and Steering Col. with Memory, Rain-sensing Wipers, SIRIUS Satellite Radio (with a six (6) month subscription included) and Power Liftgate;; and Heated Front Seats (“Prize Vehicle”). ARV of Prize Vehicle is $42,000.

Winner will also receive a payment by check in the amount of $33,470 to help offset applicable taxes on the Prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”) which shall be sent to the Winner within approximately sixty (60) after the successful delivery of the Prize Vehicle.

Total ARV of the third prize is $75,470.
