Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on September 1, 2011 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 30, 2011 at 11:59 PM ET

SWEEPSTAKES FIRST PRIZE: The First Prize Winner will win a trip for First Prize Winner and three (3) guests to the BCS Championship Game on Monday, January 9, 2012 at The Superdome (the “Game”), a 2012 Buick Regal GS, and an opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize Field Goal Kick (as described below) for a chance to win the Grand Prize. The trip will consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach-class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest First Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to New Orleans, LA as determined by the sole discretion of the Sponsor; (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (two rooms; each double occupancy) (room rate and tax only) in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion; (iii) tickets for First Prize Winner and three (3) guests to the Game. The ARV of the Sweepstakes First Prize is $44,200.

GRAND PRIZE: If the First Prize Winner makes one successful field goal as adjudicated by Administrator, he/she will be determined to be the Grand Prize Winner and the Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of the following: (i) a 2012 Tahoe Q7 SF boat; (ii) a 2012 Cross Country Tour Victory motorcycle; (iii) a 2012 Forest River Wildcat 29FKS tailgate trailer; and (iv) a Gift Card to a home improvement retail store in the amount of $30,000. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $120,000.

Winner List : The name of the Instant Prize Winners and First Prize Winner may be obtained after December 12, 2011, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Allstate’s :60 Seconds of Mayhem First Prize Winner’s List, c/o Octagon, Inc., 10115 Kincey Avenue, Suite 210, Huntersville, NC 28078. Requests for Instant Prize Winners and/or First Prize Winner’s name must be received by January 31, 2012. VT residents omit postage.

I have been with Allstate since 1983 and have never regretted paying my monthly bills for Home and Auto Insurance. IT would be great to win as husband passed away 2-10-10 and things have really been hard financially. But the Lord of this Universe always sees me through. I cannot count my Blessings enough.
