Promotion Period : Begins on January 1, 2012 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ends the earlier of December 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET or whenever the 175,500 songs available have been downloaded

Prize (s) :

All prizes associated with this Sweepstakes are digital song downloads from UMGD through UMGD’s website located at www.amplified.com/sunnyd (each, a “Song”). All Songs awarded must be downloaded on or before March 31, 2013. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each Song is $0.99 – $1.29. The maximum ARV of songs available to be won is $200,595.

Winner List : If not posted at www.sunnyd.com, to obtain a list of winners who have won prizes valued at $25 or more, available after February 28, 2013, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (residents of Vermont may omit return postage) to: Drink Up & Download Song Giveaway, P.O.
