Eligibility : Will You Marry Me? 2010 Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Will You Marry Me? 2010 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 1/4/10 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 2/11/10.

How To Enter : You are automatically entered once in the Sweepstakes random drawing when you visit www.ESSENCE.com and follow all onscreen instructions to vote for your favorite couple in the “Will You Marry Me?” Contest.

Limit : Limit one (1) vote/online entry per person or e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a land package consisting of the following: two (2) nights hotel accommodations at the Ka’anapali Beach Resort, Hawaii (ARV: $1,266.75) and two (2) nights hotel accommodations at the Grand Wailea (ARV: $1,266.75). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $2,533.50.
