Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older as of September 1, 2009.  Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Between 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on September 1, 2009 and 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

How To Enter : To Enter/Play without sending a text message, visit www.tropicana.com (“Web site”), click on the link provided and follow the onscreen instructions to enter into the random drawing for a chance to win the Grand Prize and to Play for a chance to win an Instant-Win prize.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:
Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to attend Super Bowl XLIV game (“game”) scheduled to play in South Florida on February 7, 2010.  Trip consists of round-trip coach class air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s U.S. home) to Miami, Florida, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights, ground transportation to/from airport, hotel and game, two (2) Super Bowl XLIV game tickets, and two (2) Super Bowl Party tickets, $250.00 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner), breakfast daily for two (2), and two (2) gift bags. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $12,850.
