Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“Eligibility Area”), who as of the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes are thirteen (13) years of age or older.

Promotion Period : Starts at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/1/12 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on 11/30/12 (“Online Promotion Period”)

Prize (s) :

GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES (one [1] “Grand Prize” will be awarded): The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip (“Trip”) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (“Cabo San Lucas”). The Trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip (“R/T”) economy class airfare for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport within the Eligibility Area, nearest the winner’s hometown to Cabo San Lucas Airport (“Airport”), (ii) R/T airport/hotel ground transfers in Cabo San Lucas, (iii) four (4) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a Cabo San Lucas hotel selected by the Sponsor (“Hotel”), (iv) daily Hotel breakfast, (v) $100 per day per diem for dinner and (vi) Toby Keith autographed CD. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,800.

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES #1 – (1 will be awarded): The Weekly Sweepstakes #1 prize consists of a Custom Corn Hole Game Board and a Toby Keith autographed CD. ARV: $205.

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES #2 – (1 will be awarded): The Weekly Sweepstakes #2 prize consists of a Ford branded guitar (selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor) and a Toby Keith autographed CD. ARV: $325.

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES #3 – (1 will be awarded): The Weekly Sweepstakes #3 prize consists of a property (“Prop”) item from a Toby Keith tour (as selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor) and a Toby Keith autographed CD. ARV: $125.

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES #4 – (1 will be awarded): The Weekly Sweepstakes #4 prize consists of a “Red Solo Cup” Plaque and a Toby Keith autographed CD. ARV: $150.

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES #5 – (1 will be awarded): The Weekly Sweepstakes #5 prize consists of a “Hope On The Rocks” guitar (selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) and a Toby Keith autographed CD. ARV: $150.

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES #6 – (1 will be awarded): The Weekly Sweepstakes #6 prize consists of two (2) tickets for an upcoming Toby Keith tour concert in or near the winner’s hometown (as determined at sole discretion of Sponsor) plus a Toby Keith autographed CD. ARV: $225.
