The Take Back The Tour Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Take Back The Tour Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/29/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 7/27/08 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per valid email address and per household per day.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for two (2) to the 2009 Tour de France, consisting of: (a) roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Monte Carlo, Monaco; (b) six (6) days and seven (7) nights hotel accommodations (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, one (1) room, standard double occupancy); (c) ground transportation to and from the airport and the hotel(s); and ground transportation along race stages (d) VIP admittance for two (2) to three race stages for the 2009 Tour de France (specific stages to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion once official 2009 Tour de France schedule is announced); (e) an exclusive meet and greet with Versus’ personalities (personalities and time of meet and greet to be determined by Sponsor); (f) exclusive VIP hospitality access to start village, riders enclosure, and Press Room; (g) the opportunity for two (2) to ride portions of the stages, participate in time trials and cross actual finish lines; (h) photos of the Official Tour de France Podium; and (i) one (1) Felt F1 Team Issue Limited Edition bicycle (for the winner only) (model of bike subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $27,000.00.
