Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“U.S.”) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The SunnyD Vacation Giveaway Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 30, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 25, 2009.

How To Enter :  Visit www.SunnyD.com, access the online entry form, complete all requested information and submit as directed.

Limit : Limit one entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

(3) Grand Prizes (one to be awarded on or about July 3, 2009, one to be awarded on or about August 7, 2009, and one to be awarded on or about November 2, 2009): A 5 day/4 night Orlando prize trip package for four people. Prize consists of round-trip coach class air transportation for the winner and up to three guests, designated in writing, from a major U.S. commercial airport nearest the winner’s residence to Orlando, Florida; one quadruple-occupancy room or similar for four nights; full size rental car for up to five days; and eight single-day/single-park admission passes to winner’s choice of Walt Disney World®, SeaWorld® Orlando or Universal Orlando®. Approximate retail value of each Grand pPrize is $4,114
