Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence  as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : The SUITS RECRUITS: Paper Trail Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on June 10, 2014 at 12:00:01 P.M. ET and end on August 26, 2014 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). All times in the Sweepstakes refer to Eastern Time (“ET”).

Prize (s) :

There will be thirty-three (33) runner-up prizes (each a “Runner-Up Prize”) awarded to Runner-Up Winners. Each Runner-Up Winner will receive one (1) Runner-Up Prize.   Runner-Up Prize will consist of the one (1) of the following SUITS-themed items (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion): a tote bag, a notebook, a “Get Litt Up” pen, a pair of sunglasses, or a SUITS Season 2 DVD. Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors.  Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Runner-Up Prize is seven-five dollars and forty-eight cents dollars ($75.48).  ERV of all Runner-Up Prizes is two thousand four hundred and ninety dollars and eighty-four cents ($2,490.84).

There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize will consist of a three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to the New York City, New York, area (the “Trip”). Trip will include round-trip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia (to be determined by Sponsor and/or Administering Agency at their sole discretion) to an airport in or near New York City, New York (“NY Airport”); standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only) at a hotel in or near New York City, New York, as determined by the Sponsors and/or Administering Agency at their sole discretion (“Hotel”); round-trip ground transportation to and from NY Airport and Hotel; daily breakfast for Winner and Guest at the Hotel; an opportunity to participate in a SUITS-themed event in the New York City area (“Event”) to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; one (1) dinner (not to exceed $250) at a restaurant in or near New York City, New York, as determined by Sponsors and/or Administering Agency in their sole discretion; and a cash award to be disclosed during the Event (for Grand Prize Winner only). ERV of the Grand Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
