Sperry Top-Sider Message in a Bottle Contest and Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Contest and Sweepstakes Promotions are open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“D.C.”), Puerto Rico and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry or age of majority in their state of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi).

Promotion Period : The “Sperry Top-Sider Message in a Bottle Contest and Sweepstakes” (the “Contest”, “Sweepstakes” or “Promotions”) begins March 6, 2014, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Savings Time (“EST”) and ends April 10, 2014, at 11:59:59 PM. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) (the “Entry Period”).

Contest Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize Contest Winner will receive a $5000.00 travel credit to be used with the travel agency designated by Sponsor for the booking of the ultimate vacation. A fifty percent (50%) cash option of a $2,500,00 American Express Gift Card will be offered in lieu of the vacation prize. The Total Contest Grand Prize Pool Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $5,000.00 USD.

Sweepstakes First Prize
Thirty-six (36) First Prize Sweepstakes Winners each will receive a Sperry Top-Sider Shoe Gift Card for one (1) pair of Adult shoes of up to a value of $180.00 (subject to availability). Total Sweepstakes First Prize ARV is $6,480.00
