Here is a step-by-step guide that will help you enter this Sweepstakes today:

• Step 1. Visit a participating Salad and Go location to obtain a Sweepstakes Passport.
• Step 2. Order one or more salads or wraps and present your Passport at the register to receive one stamp for each individual Qualifying Purchase. Once your Passport has 6 stamps, your Passport will be considered “complete” and ready for validation.
• Step 3. Visit saladandgo.com/passport.
• Step 4. Complete and submit an official entry form, including your full name, address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, phone number, and date of birth.
• Step 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the unique code printed on your Passport and upload a picture of your completed Passport.
• Step 6. Upon successful upload and submission, and upon verification of your completed Passport, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
