Radio Disney Jams 15th Birthday Edition Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., August 13, 2011, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., August 25, 2011

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 entries) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen hundred (1,300) entries per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for four (4) persons (Winner, two Parent/Legal Guardians, and one other Guest) (“Family”) to the nearest city (“City”) where Cody Simpson (“Artist”) is performing (“Show”)! The Winner will also have an opportunity to meet Cody Simpson as well! The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations for the Family (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) for two (2) nights in the City at a hotel of the Sponsor’s choosing; [2] four (4) admissions to the Show; [3] a meet and greet with the Artist; [4] if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation for the Family between an airport near the Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and an airport in the City; and [5] airport/hotel transfers.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $3,500
