RaceTrac Nathan’s Hot Dog Sweepstakes

Eligibility : You must be a legal resident of Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas or Mississippi and 18 years or older at time of entry to be eligible to enter.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on April 5, 2010, and ends at 11:59:00 PM ET on June 5, 2010 (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Visit racetracnathanssweeps.com and submit the online entry form.

Limit : There is a limit of three (3) entries per person per Day (“Day”) by any method of entry during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded (“Grand Prize”).  Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to New York City (“Trip”).  Winner and Guest must be able to travel on dates determined by Sponsor, which are tentatively scheduled for July 2-5, 2010.  Length of Trip and dates are subject to change, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Note: Both the winner and guest must be 18 years of age or older.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $3,200. Trip includes:

• Round trip coach air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major airport near Winner’s residence to either New York City, NY or Newark, NJ as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Location);
• Round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest between airport and hotel and between hotel and event;
• Three (3) nights accommodations for Winner and Guest in New York City (single room based on double occupancy, room and tax only).
• $500 dollars in spending money.
• Access for two to the Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest.  Winner will be a judge in the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest on 7/4/10 (“Event”).

Winners : For a copy of these Official Rules, (or the name of the Grand Prize Winners, available after 7/4/10), mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “RACETRAC NATHAN’S HOT DOG SWEEPSTAKES”  Winner’s List or Rules, Pop2Life, 247 Centre Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10013. (VT residents may omit return postage).  Requests must be received by 9/4/10.
