Eligibility : The Miley Cyrus Last Party In The USA Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S.A. or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry
Promotion Period : From 5:00 p.m. eastern time (“ET”) on October 26, 2009 to NOON ET on November 13, 2009 (the “Entry Period”).

Prize (s):
One (1) GRAND PRIZE will be awarded, consisting of (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Miami, Florida (the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one night tourist class hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); (c) two (2) tickets to attend the Miley Cyrus concert at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida on December 2, 2009 (“Event”); and (d) two (2) meet & greet passes to see Miley Cyrus. Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize is: $2,700.
Winners : For the name of the winner, available after December 2, 2009, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope (except where prohibited) and a note identifying the name of this sweepstakes, but within 45 days of the above estimated drawing date to the Sponsor at the address set forth below, Attention: Promotions Department.
