Promotion Period : The Meet Jesse McCartney on tour Brought to you By Bongo Sweepstakes begins July 25, 2008 at 12:01:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends August 9, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):
One (1) grand-prize winner will win a trip for him/her and 5 friends to meet Jesse McCartney backstage and attend a concert. This prize specifically includes transportation or round trip airfare for 5 (economy class) from winner’s nearest major city to New York City, and five (5) nights hotel accommodation (double occupancy) for the winner and guests. If winner lives in the Metro area, car transportation will ONLY be provided. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $3,500 if air travel is required and $600 if only local transportation is required The ARV of the prizes represents Sponsor’s good faith determination.
