Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on February 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2013 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

One (1) “Grand Prize” winner will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to the 17th Annual American Black Film Festival in Miami, Florida in June 2013. Prize includes two (2) Roundtrip Coach Class Travel Authorization Certificates (each a “Travel Certificate”) on American Airlines from a major airport nearest the winner’s home serviced by American Airlines to Miami, two (2) nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations, two (2) Marquee Passes to the Film Festival, one (1) 5-volume set of Gordon Parks Photography, and a $1,000 Macy’s Electronic Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize: $4,585.
