This Kubota Sweepstakes 2023 is open only to natural persons who are legal residents and physically located in one of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, and who are at least age of majority or older in their state/jurisdiction of residence (which is 18 in most states but is 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi) as of time/date of entry.
