Kmart Perfect Day Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded).

Promotion Period : The Kmart Perfect Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on August 31, 2010 at noon Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 1, 2010 at noon ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and/or per email address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to New York City, NY. Trip consists of round trip coach air transportation (for two (2) people) to and from a U.S. gateway airport nearest to the prize winner’s place of residence, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for three (3) nights, ground transportation to and from the prize city airport and hotel and transportation to and from the hotel and Kmart for the shopping spree (as described below). If the prize winner’s primary residence is within 100 miles of New York, NY, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation with car service or other ground transportation.  Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $2,900.00

Four (4) First Prize winners will each receive a $100 Kmart gift card. The gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of issuer. Total ARV of First Prizes: $400.00.

Winner List : To obtain a copy of any legally required winners list or a copy of the Official Rules, send the applicable request and a self-addresses, stamped, #10 envelope to The Kmart Perfect Day Sweepstakes c/o Alloy Media, LLC at 6300 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 2150, Los Angeles, CA 90048. Request must be received no later than February 1, 2011 for the name of the winner and, by the end of the promotion, for a copy of the rules. Vermont residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests.
