Grand Prize (total approximate retail value (“ARV”) $4,800.00

One winner will receive the Grand Prize which consists of a trip for the winner and up to three guests to attend a U.S. premiere screening of the film currently entitled Captain America: The Winter Soldier (the “Premiere”). The Grand Prize includes:

(a) Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and up to three guests departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and arriving at a major airport in a city near the Premiere (the “Airport”);

(b) Two nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guests (two rooms, double occupancy) at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor or its prize provider (the “Hotel”); and

(c) Tickets to attend the Premiere for the winner and up to three guests.
