Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Kellogg’s VIP Racing Awards Experience Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is an online-only Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 PM (ET) on 10/8/09 and ends at 11:59:59 AM (ET) on 10/29/09 (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter, go to www.kelloggsracing.com and follow the online instructions to register and complete your entry. Registration is free. Once you have completed your registration, click “submit” to enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, per day.

Prize (s):

Two (2) Grand Prizes – A 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV to attend the 2009 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards Ceremony^™* (ARV $5,400 ea. winner). Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) between a major commercial airport closest to the winner’s residence and Las Vegas, NV; sponsor-selected lodging consisting of one (1) room for 3-nights (based on double occupancy); round trip ground transportation to/from airport-hotel; admission for two (2) to the 2009 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards Ceremony^™* on 12/4/09; and $1,000 in spending cash (awarded in the form of a check).
