Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 8:00:01am Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 17, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59pm PT on August 26, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”).

The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two (2) people from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest New York, NY, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy), and two (2) tickets to the Concert (seats determined by Ticket Provider) (Approximate Retail Value: $2,500.00).
