Hellboy II Lunch with Guillermo del Toro Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and located in the United States at the time of entry are eligible to enter.

Promotion Period : The Hellboy II Lunch with Guillermo del Toro Sweepstakes begins on or about November 19, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on November 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and/or per e-mail address.

Prize (s):

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner, three (3) First Prize winners, and five (5) Second Prize winners.

The Grand Prize winner will have the opportunity to attend lunch with Guillermo del Toro at a time and location to be designated by Sponsor. The Grand Prize winner may select one (1) other individual to attend the lunch, subject to Sponsor’s prior consent. The Grand Prize shall consist of a 2 day/1 night trip for two (2) people to a United States location (specific city (“Destination City”) and location to be determined by Sponsor). The Grand Prize includes round-trip [“R/T”] coach class airfare for two (2) persons (via an airline carrier selected by Sponsor) between the major US gateway city airport closest to winner’s home and the US city where the lunch is taking place as determined by the Sponsor (note: if the winner lives within two hundred [200] miles of the Destination City, winner will receive parking fees and $50 (USD) in gas reimbursement in lieu of airfare and no additional accommodations will be awarded), one (1) night accommodation (one [1] standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor (based on hotel availability), $200 in spending money and the lunch with Guillermo del Toro for the Winner and his or her guest. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,000 USD

Each First Prize winner will receive a Hellboy II Blu-ray Gift Set and Hellboy II Lenticular Signed by Guillermo del Toro. The approximate cash value of each First Prize is $79.98,

Each Second Prize winner will receive a Hellboy II Lenticular Signed by Guillermo del Toro. The approximate cash value of each Second Prize is $10.
