Download the free Heinz Table Game App and challenge your friends. Unlock new courses by scanning Heinz Ketchup bottle at restaurants nationwide. Plus, starting on May 1, 2016, scan a Heinz Ketchup bottle in the app to enter for a chance to win daily prizes including a grand prize trip for four to the Barclays Golf Tournament in New York this August. That’s $25,000 in total daily prizes.

To participate in the Sweepstakes, participants must first download the Heinz Table Games App by visiting the promotional webpage at HeinzTableGames.com/Sweeps. The App is available for download on the App Store for Apple devices and on the Google Play Store for Android devices. Then, participants must scan the front label of a Heinz Ketchup bottle and register for the Sweepstakes by completing the entry form on the App. Once submitted, a participant will receive 1 entry for that day.

Additionally, entrants can also participate without downloading the app via mail-in entry. Entrants must hand type their name, date of birth, address and email address on a piece of paper and mail in a #10 envelope to: Rubik Marketing, Attn: Heinz Table Games Golf App Sweepstakes, 133 Beekman Street, #304, New York, NY 10038. All main-in entries must be received by August 1, 2016 to be eligible.

Regardless of method of entry, there is a limit of 1 entry per person per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The Heinz Table Games Sweepstakes 2016 starts on May 1, 2016 at 12:01:00 a.m. ET and ends on July 31, 2016 at 11:59:00 p.m. ET.

Sweepstakes Winners

One Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day, 3-night trip for four to New York for the opportunity to attend the Barclays Golf Tournament taking place August 23 – 28, 2016 at The Black Course at Bethpage State Park Farmingdale in New York. The trip package includes round-trip coach air transportation to New York, hotel accommodations for 3 nights, and 4 tickets to 2 days of The Barclays Golf Tournament event. A grand prize valued at $12,000.

Each month, daily prize winners will win great prizes, as follows.

• May 1 – May 31: Golf Movie DVD Packs, Golf Apparel, Toys & Games.
• June 1 – June 30: Apparel, Accessories (Sunglasses & Watches), Gift Cards.
• July 1 – July 31: Accessories (Sunglasses & Watches), Home Entertainment Systems, Gift Cards.
