Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, including Puerto Rico who are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry in the Sweepstakes.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 6/24/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 7/21/12 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

GRAND PRIZE (3): Three (3) Grand Prize winners (“Winners”) will receive a trip for two (Winner and one guest) to Chicago, IL for travel between August 3-5, 2012 (“Trip”). Trip includes: Round-trip airfare for two (Winner and one guest) from a major airport near Winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Chicago, IL, 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), two (Winner and one guest) 3-day VIP Passes to the Lollapalooza event to occur on August 3-5, 2012, $400.00 for meals and transportation and $1,000.00 spending money. The Winners must travel between the dates specified by Sponsor or the trip may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $5,500.00.
