Eligibility : HBO No. 1 Ladies’ Contest is open only to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry

Promotion Period :  HBO No. 1 Ladies’ Contest begins at 3:00 PM ET on 3/9/09 and ends at 11:59AM ET on 4/19/09

Limit : You may enter more than once; however, each Entry must be unique and must nominate a different woman.

Prize (s):

(5) Entrant / Nominator Grand Prizes are available : An 8-day/7-night trip for Winner and a guest to Botswana to experience an African safari. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation on South African Airways (SAA) between gateway airport in Washington, DC (IAD) or New York City (JFK) and Johannesburg, South Africa (JNB) [overnight flights each way], 1/2 day “No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency” tour in Gaborone, standard hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy) for one (1) night in Gaborone, and four (4) nights safari package in Botswana provided by a selection of the following tour providers: Desert & Delta Safaris, Ker & Downey Botswana, Mashatu Botswana and Wilderness Safaris. Specific safari accommodations / locations in Botswana to be determined at time of booking, subject to provider availability. Planned safari itinerary is a two (2) night stay at two (2) separate properties for a total of four (4) nights. Safari portion of trip package includes standard room accommodation (one (1) room or tent for two (2) people); scheduled activities for game viewing; all meals and non-alcoholic refreshment; select spirits or wines (as available by property); National park fees and all government levies & taxes; Airport transfers to/from scheduled Air Botswana and charter flights; Ground transfers to/from Botswana airports and accommodations providers. (ARV: $12,370 per prize).

(5) Nominee Prizes are available: The No. 1 Ladies named in each Grand Prize winning Entry will receive a check for $1,000.

Winners :

The names of the Grand Prize winners and their No. 1 Ladies will be available for a minimum of two weeks beginning on or about 5/10/09 at www.mynumberonelady.com.
