The Harry Connick JR Show is offering you the chance to win your tickets to attend Orpheuscapade, a post-Mardi Gras 2017 parade black-tie Gala taking place on February 27, 2017 at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA. It’s the Harry Connick JR Show Mardi Gras Word of the Day Sweepstakes.
Watch the first 15 minutes of today’s Harry Show to find out the Word of the Day. Then, visit harrytv.com/mardi-gras and fill out the entry form including Word of the Day that aired during the first quarter of the Show for your chance to win.

Harry Connick JR Show Mardi Gras Word of the Day Sweepstakes (HarryTV.com/Mardi-Gras)
Eligibility: The Harry Connick JR Show Mardi Gras Word of the Day Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are 21 years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Sweepstakes Period: Begins on February 7, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. ET and ends on February 10, 2017 at 11:59 P.M. ET.
Limit: Limit one Entry per person per Individual Drawing Period for a total of no more than 4 Entries per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Random Drawing: On or about each Individual Drawing Date, one potential winner will be selected in a random drawing by representatives of Sponsors from all eligible Entries received during the corresponding Individual Drawing Period for a total of 4 Winners during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Grand Prize (4): A 4 day, 3 night trip for 2 to New Orleans, LA including the following elements:
- roundtrip, economy class air transportation for Winner and Guest
- 3 night stay standard hotel accommodations
- 2 tickets to attend Orpheuscapade
- 2 tickets to a meet-and-greet opportunity with Harry Connick, Jr.
- hair and make-up services
- and more.

ORPHEUS!!! LOVE YA HARRY!!! I’ve always loved your music…but i AM a diehard romantic….I fell in love with you in HOPE FLOATS….i was thrilled when you became a judge on Idol and we got to see a great glimpse of the REAL Harry….and it sure helped swallow the bitter pill of Idol going off the air when The Harry Show began! So many talk shows come and go, but i truly believe you have encapsulated the winning formula! It is fantastic! Sadly it is the highlight of my day…well, you know what i mean! I love your loving relationship with your band (they’re freakin’ awesome), your wife and girls and the community! ….and your hometown of course. Help me add an even bigger highlight to my life Harry…i have recently reconnected with my “first kiss” from when i was 13 and i am now 55. We are both single again and live in two different states so we havent connected in person yet! I have gone through an insane set of circumstances over the last 15 years, from a son receiving a purple heart during multiple tours in Iraq to a wicked divorce to contracting a rare disorder after a fluke accident and multiple surgeries.. I am doing very well now and ready for a life again. I have been single for 15 yrs and havent had a real vacation in close to the same. I would love to reunite with Jim in New Orleans. Meeting you….well, that would just be the chocolate icing on the top! Thanks for your consideration Harry and team!
