Guitar Hero Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary Concert Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 or older (“Eligible Participants”). Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period : Guitar Hero Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary Concert Sweepstakes begins on or about 8:00:01 AM EST October 11, 2009 and ends 11:59:59 PM October 24, 2009 EST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, Eligible Participants can log onto www.bestbuy.com/halloffameconcertsweeps (“Entry Site, click on the icon, banner or text link to access the Sweepstakes registration page, and follow the directions to enter on the Entry Site.)

Limit : There is a limit of one entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: Subject to verification and confirmation, ONE (1) trip for winner and one guest to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary Concerts on October 29th and October 30th, 2009. Trip includes two vouchers to purchase tickets for the concerts; including VIP entrance to the Garden, two (2) round trip coach airline tickets between a major United States gateway airport close to winner’s residence and the New York area airport selected by Sponsor; Hotel accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room for three (3) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its discretion, $900 food allowance, airport and hotel transfers up to $300 (depending upon departure city), and one copy of an upcoming Guitar Hero release. Winner will also receive a payment in the amount of $4,500 to mitigate potential tax liability that may be owed in regard to other prize elements of the Grand Prize. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize (including the $4,500 payment) is $19,378.00.

First Place Prizes: Subject to verification and confirmation, FOUR (4) First Place Prize Winners will each receive One (1) trip for winner and one guest to New York to attend the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary Concerts. Each winner (and guest) will be eligible to attend only one Concert on either October 29th or October 30th, 2009 (Concert night will be assigned by Sponsor). Trip includes two vouchers to purchase tickets to the concert, including VIP entrance to the Garden, two (2) round trip coach airline tickets between a major United States gateway airport close to winner’s residence and the New York area airport selected by Sponsor; Hotel accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its discretion, $600 food allowance, airport and hotel transfers up to $300 (depending upon departure city), and one copy of an upcoming Guitar Hero release. Winner will also receive a payment in the amount of $3,000 to mitigate potential tax liability that may be owed in regard to other prize elements of the First Place Prize. ARV of a First Place Prize (including the $3,000 payment) is $12,169.00.

Second Place Prizes: FIVE (5) Second Place Prize Winners will each receive a $250 Best Buy Gift Card (subject to terms on Gift Card), a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame collectable, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Program, and one copy of an upcoming Guitar Hero release. ARV of a Second Place Prize is $440.
