Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state at time of entry.
Promotion Period : Begins on or about 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) March 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2011

Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: A four (4) – day, three (3)- night trip for four (4) to San Francisco, California. Trip for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests includes round-trip coach (economy) class air transportation (flight carrier to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for four (4) from a major commercial airport in the U.S. closest to winner’s residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (4 person occupancy, includes two (2) rooms and tax) at the Fairmont Heritage Place in Ghirardelli Square and ground transfers to/from the airport and hotel and $1400 in spending money for winner only (awarded via check to the Grand Prize winner). Trip includes: Chocolate School at Ghirardelli Factory; build a sundae at Ghirardelli Square; a Ghirardelli gift basket; and Cellar 360 wine & chocolate pairing or equivalent (participants must be 21 years of age). If Grand Prize winner is not 21 years of age, this portion of the prize will be forfeited without compensation. If any of the guests are under 21 years of age, they will not be able to participate and will not be compensated for the prize) and dinner for one evening for four (4) in San Francisco. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) approximately $12,700.
One (1) First Prize: Ghirardelli Chocolate for a year awarded as four (4) quarterly shipments of seventeen (17) pounds of chocolate: $887.00.
Fifty-one (51) Second Prizes: Ghirardelli Chocolate Gift Basket: $35.00.
One thousand nine hundred fifty (1,950) Third Prizes: Voucher for one (1) bag of Ghirardelli SQUARES® Chocolates: $3.50.

I ove this chocolate. Since dark is supposed to be very good for you, I eat one square every morning. So if I could win choc for a yr, I’d be in Ghirardelli heaven!

why does your candy have coupons in it that has already expired in 2011. We love your dark chocolate but all coupons we get in candy has already expired
