Get Up Close Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Get Up Close Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on June 27, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 21, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for four (4) to winner’s choice of Orlando, FL; Paradise Island, Bahamas; or Jackson Hole, WY as described below.

Trip A: Orlando, FL trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; six (6) nights’ quad occupancy hotel accommodations; four (4) – Orlando Flex Tickets (Orlando Flex tickets are a combination of Universal Studios Florida®, Islands of Adventure®, Sea World of Orlando®, Sea World Aquatica®, Busch Gardens® Tampa Bay, and Wet ‘n Wild® Orlando.); four (4) Discovery Cove: Dolphin packages (age restrictions may apply); and $1,500 spending money. Sponsor is not responsible if Discovery Cove: Dolphin events are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Trip B: Paradise Island, Bahamas trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Nassau, Bahamas; six (6) nights’ quad occupancy hotel accommodations; a casual dining plan for four (4); shallow water interaction with dolphins for four (4); four (4) snorkel the ruins of Atlantis packages (age restrictions may apply); and $1,500 spending money. Sponsor is not responsible if the shallow water interaction with dolphins, or snorkel the ruins of Atlantis are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Taxes, fees and expenses not specified are solely the responsibility of the winners.

Trip C: Jackson Hole, WY trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Jackson Hole, WY; six (6) nights’ quad occupancy hotel accommodations; lift tickets for four (4); dinner sleigh ride for four (4); snowmobile tours for four (4) (age restrictions may apply); and $1,500 spending money. Sponsor is not responsible if dinner sleigh ride or snowmobile tours are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Taxes, fees and expenses not specified are solely the responsibility of the winners.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $15,000.

FIFTY (50) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize winner will receive a Digital Camera. Digital Camera awarded in the form of a $250.00 Target GiftCard. ARV: $250.

ONE HUNDRED-FIFTY (150) SECOND PRIZES: $50 Target GiftCard. ARV: $50.
