FoodNetwork.com/FinestGrillathon – The Finest Grillathon Contest: Ever broken a world record?

Records are meant to be broken, right? This is why, on August 13th in New York City, Ball Park Park’s Finest will attempt to break the world record for longest marathon BBQ, achieved by Barry Croxall and David Sheldon, which last 30 hours between June 20 and June 21, 2015.

To do so, Ball Park Park’s Finest needs a team of grill masters who will grill non-stop for more than 30 hours. Think you have what it takes to be part of this team? Enter the The Finest Grillathon Contest and you could be sent to NYC in August 2015 to help Ball Park Park’s Finest break this world record!

During the month of July, record a 2-minute video of yourself grilling hot-dogs and explaining why you deserve to be in the team of grill masters then upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo. Next, visit foodnetwork.com/finestgrillathon and register for the Contest by providing all requested information including the Youtube or Vimeo URL of your video to be entered into the Contest.

You have until 4:59:59 p.m. ET on July 27, 2015 to submit your video and no more than one (1) submission will be accepted during the Contest Period. Submissions will be judged based on creativity, passion and enthusiasm for grilling, on-camera poise and presentation so make it count!

Two (2) lucky BBQ Enthusiasts will have the chance to fly to New York, NY (roundtrip coach class airfare and first class hotel accommodations included) for the opportunity to participate in the “Finest Grillathon” event to set the Guinness World Record for the longest outdoor grilling marathon on August 13, 2015!

Participation into the Finest Grillathon Contest is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older.
