Fandango’s Summer Under the Stars Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of forty-seven (47) of the United States and the District of Columbia (void in Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of August 1, 2011.

Promotion Period : Begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 1, 2011, and ends at 5:00 p.m. PT on August 22, 2011

Limit : Entrants may only receive a maximum of four (4) total entries in this Sweepstakes regardless of the method of entry they choose.

Prize (s) :

One Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.  The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: Round-trip economy airfare for Winner and a guest from an airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Miami, FL, on Delta airlines (unless winner lives within 150 miles of Miami, in which case ground transportation will be provided and difference in ARV not awarded) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $600.00 (USD)); four (4) nights/ five (5) days on the Turner Classic Movie Cruise to Key West and Cozumel in an Ocean View/Double Cabin room for Winner and a guest (ARV $1,393.00 (USD)); ground transportation between Miami airport and cruise port-of-call for Winner and a guest (ARV $150.00 (USD)); one (1) TCM gift pack($100.00 (USD)); and one (1) $200 Visa Gift Card (ARV $200.00 (USD)). Total ARV of Grand Prize is two thousand four hundred forty-three dollars ($2,443.00 (USD)).

Olympic Boulevard, Suite 400, Los Angeles, CA 90064.  Requests for winner’s lists must be received no later than three months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. VT residents may omit return postage.
