Fandango’s Dolphin Tale Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of September 12, 2011, with access to the Internet at all times during the Sweepstakes Period

Promotion Period : Begins as of 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 12, 2011 and ends as of 5:00 p.m. PT on October 3, 2011

Limit : Limit five (5) entries in total per person, per email address and per household during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

One (1) “Grand Prize” will be awarded to the “Grand Prize Winner,” which will include: Round-trip economy airfare from an airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence for four (4) to St. Petersburg-Clearwater, FL on an airline of Prize Providers choice (unless winner lives within 150 miles of St. Petersburg-Clearwater, FL, in which case ground transportation will be provided and difference in ARV not awarded)   (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $1,400.00); four (4) nights at the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach, FL (ARV $960.20); four (4) VIP tickets to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium including a “meet and greet” with Winter the dolphin (up-close encounter with Winter and other dolphins at the aquarium (at the discretion of the trainers at CMA), a tour of Clearwater Marine Aquarium,  and tour of the Dolphin Tale movie set. Participants must be able to climb a ladder, kneel, stand up, and move around comfortably and with minimal assistance. Participants must be able to listen to and follow precise detail, and effectively communicate with the trainers.) (ARV each ticket $39.80); $200 rental car gift card (If under the age of 25, Winner is responsible for remainder of car rental cost, if any) (ARV $200.00). Total approximate retail value is two thousand six hundred dollars ($2,600.00 (USD)).

Winner List : To obtain a copy of these Official Rules or for notification of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Fandango’s Dolphin Tale Sweepstakes Official Rules/Winner List Request, 12200 W. Olympic Boulevard, Suite 400, Los Angeles, CA 90064.  Requests for winners’ lists must be received no later than three months after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
