Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the following participating designated market areas (DMAs): Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; Tampa, FL; Cleveland, OH; Baltimore, MD; Pittsburgh, PA; Raleigh/Durham, NC; Cincinnati, OH; Milwaukee, WI; Hartford/New Haven, CT; Buffalo, NY; Rochester, NY; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; New York, NY, each, a “Market”, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : From 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 14, 2013 through 11:59 p.m. ET on November 10, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded. Grand Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a Trip for two (2) (Winner and one guest selected by Winner, the “Guest”) to Vail, CO during the dates of January 9-13, 2014 including the following:

Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) to Vail, CO;
Four (4) night hotel accommodations at The Four Seasons Vail, double occupancy;
Daily American breakfast;
Welcome reception/dinner on property;
Three-day ski lift tickets with rentals;
Group private hour of tubing on Vail Mountain;
Farewell group dinner at 4 Eagle Ranch;
One year’s supply of Eight O’Clock® Coffee, defined as twenty-four (24) coupons, each good for a free 11-12 oz. bag of Eight O’Clock coffee, to be redeemed at participating retail locations (maximum ARV of each coupon equals seven (7) dollars; coupons have no cash value and no cash reimbursements or substitutions or further compensation permitted;

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize package is four thousand-five-hundred-and-sixty-eight-dollars and no-cents ($4,568.00).
