Eligibility : Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 7 years of age and older as of January 5, 2009

Promotion Period :  Beginning at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) January 5, 2009 through 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2009

Limit : Limit of one game play per day per person, or email address or username/password.

Prize (s):

Five (5) Grand Prizes: 3 day/2 night trip for winner and 3 guests to a destination in the Continental U.S. for a meet and greet with Peyton & Eli Manning and Serena & Venus Williams and $1,000 spending money. Prize includes economy air travel for four (4) from the airport nearest winner’s home to designated location, hotel accommodations for designated number of nights (two double occupancy rooms), transfers to and from airport and hotel and designated location. PLUS, winners will have the opportunity to participate in a separate competition for a cash prize. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,000.
