Eligibility : Open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and other US Territories and Possessions).
Promotion Period : Commences at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Standard Time (“CST”) on August 14, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 AM CST on November 9, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :
There are exactly one-hundred and one (101) prizes total (each, a “Prize”) available to be won in the Promotion as follows:
A. Grand Prize: Exactly one (1) “Grand Prize” will be awarded. The Grand Prize will consist of a four (4) day / three (3) night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion to Los Angeles, California, which includes (i) round-trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and Los Angeles, California; (ii) three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion (one (1) room, double occupancy); and (iii) a VIP tour of the Paramount Studios for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000.
B. There will be exactly one-hundred (100) secondary prizes awarded, each a “Secondary Prize”. Each Secondary Prize shall consist of one (1) $50 preloaded Fandango.com Gift Card (ARV $50 USD) and one (1) case of Airheads (ARV $35 USD). The ARV of each Secondary Prize is eight-five dollars ($85.00 USD).
