Started on December 18, the sweepstakes will run until February 7, 2015 and you may enter online at http://caciqueinc.com/bookoflife/.  Once on the site, look for the ENTER SWEEPSTAKES button and click on it to access the entry form. Enter your information as directed and submit to receive an entry into the sweepstakes. Return every day to enter and improve your chances of winning.

You may also enter by hand printing your name, address, telephone number and age on a 3″ x 5″ card and mailing it to: The Book of Life Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 91270 Industry, CA 91715.

Grand Prize Winner

The grand prize winner, randomly selected on or about February 10, 2015, will receive a family trip to Los Angeles, CA to visit the Fox Studios where she/he will enjoy a screening of a 20thCentury Fox release in a private cinema with her/his family! Trip includes airfare, luxury hotel accommodations in a family-style suite room, and more.
