After you successfully completed the entry form, submit it to receive one (1) entry into sweepstakes.

Timing : Starts at 12:01 am (ET) on August 19, 2014 and ends at 11.59 pm (ET) on September 30, 2014. You have 43 days to enter.

Limit : There’s a limit of one (1) entry per day during the Promotion Period for a maximum of 43 entries.

Eligibility: Open only to legal US residents who:
