Eligibility : You must be a legal resident of the 50 contiguous United States (or the District of Columbia) and 21 years or older at time of entry to be eligible to enter.

Promotion Period : Starts at 12:01:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on January 3, 2011, and runs for four weeks until 11:59:00 PM ET on January 28, 2011

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Miami, FL (“Trip”).  Included in the prize are two (2) tickets to see Enrique Iglesias in concert, and two (2) VIP passes to a pre-show party/meet & greet at Fontainebleau Miami Beach (Collectively the “Event(s)”).  Winner and Guest must be able to travel on dates determined by Sponsor, which are tentatively scheduled for February 8-11, 2011.  Length of Trip and dates are subject to change, in Sponsor’s sole discretion and will be posted on the Promotion Website.  Note: Both the winner and guest must be 21 years of age or older.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $2,000. Trip includes: Round trip coach air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major airport near Winner’s residence to Miami, FL (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale, FL (FLL) as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Event location); Round trip group ground transportation for Winner and Guest between the hotel and airport in Miami or Fort Lauderdale; Three (3) nights accommodations for Winner and Guest in Miami Beach (single room based on double occupancy, room and tax only);
