The goal is to collect all 9 grid game pieces to fill your initially empty 3×3 grid of collectible icons.

There two ways to obtain game pieces :

1) By spinning the wheel

2) By visiting participating Tanger Outlet Center locations.

Note that 5 of the 9 grid icons must be collected by entering Codes collected from Tanger Outlet Center locations. Each participating Tanger Outlet Center location will release and display 5 Codes a week for the duration of the Sweepstakes.

The other 4 must be collected through spinning the wheel and spins may be earned by:

• Opting to receive emails from Tanger (10 spins) or Opting to receive SMS messages from Tanger (10 spins).
• Following @TangerOutlets on Twitter (5 spins).
• Entering Codewords found in Social Media (20 spins).
• Answering Quiz Questions  (15 spins).
