Eligibility : The Visa 2010 NFL Super Bowl “Trip For Life” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of September 9, 2010.
Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 9, 2010, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2010 (“Promotional Period”).

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: : One winner will be chosen to win tickets (for two) to the NFL Super Bowl for the lifetime of the winner. Every year beginning in 2011, the winner will receive the following: roundtrip coach class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home to the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the city of the applicable game, hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), rental car, and two (2) tickets to the applicable Super Bowl game. Winner will also receive a cash payment of $3,400.00 each year (awarded as a check) that may be used toward the payment of taxes on the trip (based on the value of the trip at the time it is awarded). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $493,678
As an alternate to the Trip for Life prize, Grand Prize winner has the option to select a one-time lump-sum cash payment in the form of a check for $200,000, and a five (5) day/four (4) night (Feb 3rd-7th, 2011) trip for two (2) to see Super Bowl XLV in Dallas, TX. Package includes two (2) tickets to see Super Bowl XLV in Dallas, TX, scheduled to take place on February 6, 2011, roundtrip air transportation (coach) for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home to Dallas, TX transportation to and from airport, hotel and game, hotel accommodations (one [1] standard room, double occupancy). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Alternate Grand Prize is $215,595.
