Promotion Period : Begins at 9:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 24, 2012 and ends at 9:00 PM ET on July 19, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”)

Limit : There is a limit of one entry per person/email address per weekly entry period.

Prize (s) :

One (1) prize per Entry Period, each consisting of two (2) Southwest Airlines tickets (“Tickets”) valued at approximately $800.

Winner List : To receive a winner list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by August 31, 2012, to: TLC’s On the Fly Sweepstakes Winner List, PMI Station, PO Box 750, Southbury, CT 06488-0750.
