Eligibility : Nike Bauer Face-Off Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents ofthe fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec),13 years of age and older as of 7/31/08.  Sweepstakes is void in Quebec and where prohibited.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins on 7/31/08 at 8:00 pm Central Time (“CT”) and ends on 09/30/08 at 11:59 pm CT (the “Entry Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day.

ONE95 skate or VAPOR XXXX skate, choice of SUPREME ONE90 stick or VAPOR XXXX stick,
choice of SUPREME ONE90 glove or VAPOR XXXX glove, choice of SUPREME ONE90 pant or
VAPOR XXXX pant and choice of SUPREME ONE90 shin, shoulder, elbow pad or VAPOR XXXX
shin, shoulder, elbow pad, and one (1) Canada jersey signed by Eric Staal and one (1) USA
jersey signed by Erik Cole. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize is $1,975.00USD,
