Participation into the Hardee’s Countdown To Black Friday Instant Win Game is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C., who have reached the age of 18 in their state of residence by November 2, 2016. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories, and where restricted or prohibited by law.

The Promotion consists of an Instant Win Game beginning on November 2, 2016 and ending on December 27, 2016 as well as a Grand Prize Sweepstakes scheduled to end at 6:00 PM EST on January 6, 2017.

One Instant Win Game prize will be available during each 30 minute interval of the Instant Win Game Period.
