Ultimate Artisan Tea and Taste Experience Giveaway

Eligibility : You must be a resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec). You must also be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Giveaway shall begin at 12:01am (EST) on March 17, 2014 and end at 11:59pm (EST) on April 30, 2014 (the “Giveaway Period”).

Prize (s) :

There will be six (6) Giveaway Winners in total: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and Five (5) Runner up Prize Winners.

GRAND PRIZE

The Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Grand Prize comprised of two (2) separate parts.

Part #1 – MLTC will provide the Grand Prize Winner with the following, collectively “Part #1” of the Grand Prize: (a) an assortment of  tea delivered every month for twelve (12) consecutive months to the Grand Prize Winner’s home; (b) one (1) Alessi Michael Graves tea kettle;

Part #2 – Joie de Vivre Hospitality (“JDV”) shall provide the Giveaway Winner and one (1) guest*, free of charge, with the following (collectively Part #2 of the Grand Prize): (a) a two (2) night stay at Hotel Vitale San Francisco in a Deluxe City View King Guestroom; (b) one (1) Chef Tasting Menu Experience at Americano Restaurant; (c) one (1) dessert pairing with Mighty Leaf Tea; (d) one (1) bathing ritual per person on the Rooftop Bamboo Garden at Spa Vitale (two (2) rituals in total). All Prize components are valid only during the Grand Prize Winner’s stay.

RUNNER UP PRIZE

Five (5) Runner Up Prize Winners will each receive one-hundred dollars worth of credits (USD $100.00) to spend on www.mightyleaftea.com. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Runner Up Prize (each): USD $100.00
