Eligibility : The Smirnoff Ice Comedy Central to Party Central Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age at the time of entry except California and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : The Smirnoff Ice Comedy Central to Party Central Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. on 3/15/09 and ends at 11:5959 p.m. on 09/15/09.

How To Enter : To enter online, during the Promotion Period, access www.smirnoffice.com. Once on the Registration page, follow all entry instructions and complete the information requested in the information fields [required fields are: full name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), birth date, daytime phone number, including area code, and email address].

Prize No. 1 – 20 VIP Ticket Winners: 20 VIP Ticket Packages will be awarded nationally. At least 1 Ticket Package prize will be offered to a winner in each region. Some states will have multiple package prizes based on availability.  States within regions are as follows: Metro Atlantic Region (NY, NJ, DE), Mid Atlantic Region (NC, PA, TN, VA, MD, SC, KY, DC), Mid South Region (TX, MO, LA, OK, KS), Mid West Region (OH, MI, IL, IN, WI, IA, MN), New England Region (MA, CT, NH, ME, VT, RI), South East Region (FL, GA, AL, MS), Venture (AR, WV, ID, NE, MT, SD, ND, WY), West Region (AZ, WA, NV, OR, CO, NM, UT, HI, AK). Winners will receive $5,000 cash to spend towards their own Party Center. Approximate retail value of prize is $40,000.00.
