Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: The opportunity to musically perform live (“Winner’s Performance”) at the Essence Festival in New Orleans, LA on July 2, 2011. Grand prize winner will also receive studio time at UMG facilities. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.
Four (4) First Prizes: Winners will receive the opportunity to musically perform live as an act during an opening set at an event specified below. The performances will be video-taped and will be used to judge on Website to determine the Grand Prize Winner. ARV: $XXXX.
Grand Prize (5) Judge Winner will receive a trip to Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, LA on July 1 2011- July 3, 2011. Trip include round trip coach class airfare from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to New Orleans for winner and one adult guest, up to 3 nights hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy and two (2) general admission tickets to the Essence Music Festival and $300. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses not included herein, luggage fees, gratuities, meals, and any other incidental costs or expenses related to participation in this prize. Approximate Retail Value of each Prize is $2,700. First Prize (90) For each day of the Contest, provided sufficient eligible entries are received, each of the following will be given as Sweepstakes prizes(“Prize”): One pair of Headphones, one MP3 player, one t-shirt and one free music download.
