The Planet Fitness Teen Summer Challenge Scholarship Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), who are at 15-18 years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins on May 15, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on September 2, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry.
