Eligibility : Belk Share Your Love Story (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Promotion.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on February 8, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 31, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each entrant may submit one (1) entry into the Contest during the Submission Phase. You may enter the sweepstakes one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

Contest: ONE (1) CONTEST PRIZE: One (1) ninety (90) minute performance by Edwin McCain (“Artist”) at the winner’s wedding to take place between May 1, 2014 and April 30, 2015 in the forty eight (48) continental
United States or Washington D.C. If the Artist is unable to perform on the date of the winner’s wedding or winner’s wedding does not meet the time or location requirements stated above, an alternative prize will be provided that will include one (1) ninety (90) minute performance by Artist upon an alternative mutually agreeable date within the location requirements (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Artist shall propose three (3) alternative dates from which winner may select to have the private concert. The private concert will be for the winner and maximum of one hundred (100) guests. If Artist cannot attend the wedding and Artist and winner cannot mutually agree on an alternative date for a private concert, then winner will receive a cash prize alternative of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) and Sponsor, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc., and Artist will have no further liability in regard to a performance or the Contest Prize. Approximate Retail Value of Contest Prize: Twenty thousand dollars and zero cents ($20,000.00).
